Please contact us through our email contact@easymathsuk.com stating whether you would like to pause, cancel or change your membership plan, and one of the members of our team will aim to get back to you within 24 hours to cancel your direct debit subscription and set up a new one if you would like to change it. 

If you would like to pause your membership, please tell us in the email how long you would like to pause it for if you know when you would like to resume.

For cancellations, we will refund your subscription for any lessons that you have not had for the current week.

When you change your subscription plan, we will cancel your old direct debit and set up a new one via our secure payment system – Stripe. This is the same payment system you used to set up your first subscription payment.

Don’t worry at all! EasyMaths is a very flexible tuition company, unlike the rest. We pride ourselves in our customer service and friendliness; If you can’t make it to your lesson, we would highly appreciate a notice at the earliest possible time via email or telephone. However, we do understand that sometimes emergencies may occur or plans may change, so we do not charge “late fees” or “cancellation fees”. Instead, we will reschedule this lesson for the following week at a time that is suitable for the student and the tutor.

After the initial assessment we will have a telephone consultation with parents and offer them our advice in regards to how many lessons per week we think is the best for the student. A quick tip is that having more lessons per week means that the hourly cost of tuition will be cheaper!

Our maths tutor GCSE offers both online and in-person lessons (at The Wavell School, Aldershot), showing our flexibility. This allows students to choose the mode of instruction that aligns with their preferences and schedules. EasyMaths offers both online and in-person lessons, so you can choose the learning method that suits you best.

EasyMaths starts from £20 per hour and the hourly rate decreases when the more lessons your child has per week. All of our lessons are 1-hour lessons.

Certainly! We are pleased to inform you that we have a tuition center located at The Wavell School in Aldershot. All students who receive online tuition from us are eligible to attend the center for free every Saturday from 10 am to 1 pm.
