This Agreement governs your subscription to easymathsuk.com. Please read it carefully. By activating your account, you acknowledge your agreement with these terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time.
Using Your Account: Users are liable for all activities conducted through their account and responsible for ensuring compliance with this Agreement by any other person using the account. Users will notify EasyMaths of any known or suspected unauthorized use of their account or breach of security.
Browsers, Equipment, and Accessibility: Users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining equipment and software conforming to EasyMaths specifications to connect to and use the EasyMaths system. EasyMaths strives to maintain Website accessibility but may discontinue features or services for maintenance, upgrades, or problem resolution. EasyMaths may be excused from performance due to force majeure or compliance with laws, regulations, or industry standards.
Communications Authorities: Use of the Website is subject to requirements, rules, regulations, and procedures of relevant communications authorities and carriers. EasyMaths is not liable for losses arising from telecommunications interruptions caused by communications facilities failures.
Billing Policies: All subscriptions must be prepaid weekly. Payment options include US Dollars via Purchase Order, Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), check, money order, or wire transfer. Subscription fees may change with notice. Users may terminate accounts at any time; refunds may be issued within 14 of purchase upon request. We aim to process cancellations, refunds or change in subscription plans immediately but may take up to 14 working days.
Billing Security: All communications between servers, acquiring banks, and issuing banks are encrypted to ensure authenticity and security.
Administering the Service: EasyMaths may change, modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the Website, access policies, features, hours, content, data, or software. Users agree to pay all charges and accept changes to fees or charges.
Posting Material by Users: Users may post materials subject to guidelines prohibiting libelous, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content. Users grant EasyMaths a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, or distribute posted materials.
Use of Materials & Restrictions: Users may print EasyMaths content for noncommercial personal or classroom use. Other copying, redistributing, or publishing requires permission. Prohibited activities include modifying, publishing, or exploiting EasyMaths content for commercial purposes.
Privacy: EasyMaths protects visitor privacy and does not share personally identifiable information without consent. EasyMaths is not responsible for third-party actions violating its Privacy Policy.
Submissions: Submitted materials become EasyMaths property, allowing unrestricted use without compensation. EasyMaths is not obligated to maintain submission confidentiality.
DISCLAIMERS EasyMaths provides the Service on an "as is" basis, disclaiming all warranties. Users assume risk of service use and agree EasyMaths is not liable for service interruptions, errors, or third-party content.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY EasyMaths is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service use, unauthorized access, or third-party conduct. EasyMaths total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for access.
Links to Third Party Sites: EasyMaths may contain links to websites not affiliated with it. EasyMaths is not responsible for linked website contents and provides links as a convenience.
Refund Policy: Our services offer a full refund policy, subject to our discretion, contingent upon the student's completion of assigned homework and active participation in class sessions. Refunds will be granted based on thorough assessment of the student's engagement and commitment to the learning process. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds based on these criteria, ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all parties involved.
Trademark and Copyright Notices: EasyMaths trademarks and copyrights apply. Reprinting screen shots for commercial use requires permission.
Remedies for Breach: EasyMaths may take actions against Users breaching this Agreement, including content deletion, account termination, and law enforcement cooperation.
Acceptance By using the Service: Users acknowledge understanding and agreement with this Agreement and permit EasyMaths to use provided email addresses for support, sales, and product information delivery.
